Third-Party Purchases

For purchases made from Amazon, Flipkart, or other platforms, refer to their return policies. We do not control their procedures or timelines.

General Terms & Conditions

• Controller must be in original condition—undamaged, with accessories, packaging, and documents intact.
• Return processed after quality inspection.
• Choose Replacement (subject to availability) or Full Refund (excluding logistics charges).

Courier & Logistics Charges

• Initial courier charge is borne by customer (included in product price).
• Return shipping cost is also customer’s responsibility.
• Both shipping charges (to and from) are non-refundable and deducted from refund.

Exceptions & Rejections

• Controllers damaged by misuse, improper installation, or physical damage are not eligible for return/refund.
• If the returned product fails quality check, return request can be rejected and product shipped back at customer’s cost.
