Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Brasp Smart Homes.
This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Wireless Water Level Controllers purchased directly from our official website.
Please Note:
- This warranty does not cover other products such as lithium batteries, solar panels, or solar inverters. Ask about their respective warranties when purchasing.
- Policy applies only to products from the Brasp Smart Homes website. Purchases from other websites (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) may have different warranty terms—confirm with the seller.
What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?
Covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.
We will repair or replace, at no charge, any product or part proven defective due to improper material or workmanship.
How Long Does Coverage Last?
Warranty Period: 2 years from date of purchase.
Repairs or replacements are under the original 2-year warranty (from initial date). Terms are the same for any extended warranty bought.
What Will We Do?
We repair using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace the unit if repair isn’t feasible.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
- Issues not caused by defects in material or workmanship.
- Damage from improper installation, accidents, negligence, misuse, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear of components.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
- First, contact our support to diagnose the problem and suggest the best solution.
- Support will try to resolve issues remotely (call or video).
- If not resolved, send the product to us (shipping to us at your expense).
- We cover the return shipping to you after repair or replacement.
- Installation/de-installation (plumber or electrician) charges are not covered.
